Booking and cancellation policy

Bookings

Bookings close 1 day before the session starts.

Bookings are made through our online booking system on the Book Online page.

Deposits

A non refundable deposit is required at booking.

• The deposit for a Postnatal visit is $100.
• The deposit for an Education class is $150. This deposit is 100% refundable if baby is delivered prior to the class date booked.

Where sessions take place

Childbirth Education courses are in the comfort of your own home.

Postnatal visits are in the comfort of your home.

Changing or cancelling a booking
